Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LAZENTIR is operated by Sitetrail LLC (“LAZENTIR,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Privacy questions may be sent to support@lazentir.com.

2. Accountless and local play

LAZENTIR does not create a custom game account. Core play works locally. Progress, unlocked levels, medals, settings, resumable-run state, review-prompt state, local purchase display state and generated share images may be stored on the device. You can remove local information by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.

Google Play Games Services may offer platform authentication and Saved Games backup. Refusing or lacking that service does not block ordinary play. Active-run checkpoints, advertising state and rewarded-revive snapshots remain device-local.

3. Connected features

• Google Play: distribution, updates, device compatibility and purchase processing.
• Purchases: Google may provide product identifiers, purchase tokens and transaction, entitlement, cancellation, refund or revocation state. We do not receive complete card details.
• Play Games Saved Games: Google may process a platform identifier and compact progression data chosen for synchronization.
• Advertising and consent: Google AdMob and UMP may process consent choices, device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad requests, impressions and interactions according to applicable settings and law.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: when collection is permitted by applicable consent choices, Google processes app-instance identifiers, app usage and interaction events, device/app information, approximate region and standard measurement events, which may include purchase activity. We use these reports to understand game usage and improve the experience; we do not send your email, PGS profile or a custom user ID through our Analytics event bridge. • Sharing and reviews: Android and Google Play control their native sharing and review surfaces. LAZENTIR does not upload a shared result image to its own server.
• Support: we receive the email address and information you choose to send.
• Website delivery: Cloudflare may process IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested pages and security signals in standard delivery logs.

4. Use, retention and choices

Information is used to operate and restore features, validate purchases, provide consent-aware advertising, protect and diagnose the service, answer support and satisfy legal obligations. We do not sell support messages, game progress or platform account identifiers.

Local data remains until cleared or uninstalled. Cloud saves and platform purchase records are controlled through the relevant Google services. Support correspondence and delivery logs are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security and legal obligations.

Where required, Google’s consent message requests your choices. You can revisit available advertising and Analytics consent choices through Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy options. Analytics collection remains off while its consent status is unknown or denied. Where consent is not required, usage measurement may operate without a startup form. Changing consent affects future collection, not data already processed. Google applies its service and configured retention policies to measurement records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or obtain a copy of personal information. Contact support to exercise an applicable right.

5. Children, security and changes

LAZENTIR is not directed to children under 13. Users below the age of legal majority should use the game and make purchases only with parent or guardian permission where required.

We use reasonable access, platform, transport-security and data-minimisation controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in other countries using applicable safeguards. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date.
